The son of New York's Dj Double Delight, djing has always been in Kiko's blood. Growing up in a family filled with Dominican pride Kiko was exposed to Latin music on a daily basis. Whether his father was playing some Merengue from the 80's or some Disco from the late 70's Kiko was attached to his father's side watching and learning the technique and the form. Over time Double Delight would have friendly inner family competitions with Kiko to see who made the better mixtapes. Kiko would often lose but always gained experience and Double Delight was always eager to drop knowledge about song selection to the young DJ. Once Kiko bought his first mixer and first pair of speakers you can say the rest is all history. Kiko has a strong appreciation for the art form of djing. Kiko's passion and determination to get better is undeniable and plans on teaching this art form to his kids the way his father did for him.
